TRAINER

 Mr Khoo Kheng-Hor has been a Consultant-Trainer to the Singapore Police Force since 1995, and he has been conferred with the honorary rank of an Deputy Superintendent of Police . He is the author of 26 books on business and management, most of which were based on Sun Tzu's Art of war, and Khoo is originator/creator of his own proprietary Sun Tzu's Strategies training programs, used in training thousands of executives and businessmen from a host of multinational corporations and goverment bodies, including the Prime Minister's Office in Singapore, Brunei and Malaysia.
